When you are ready to begin shopping for a home and chose the Archibeque Group to represent you, we will select several homes for you to view. They will reflect the amenities you've shared with us during our conversations. We will assist you in understanding the details of the homes, like taxes, HOA fees, lot size and unique amenities. We will answer any and all questions you might have.
Writing and Negotiating Offers
Typically, you will not be present at the offer presentation. We will present it to the listing agent and/or seller. The seller will then do one of the following:
-Accept the offer
-Reject the offer
-Make a counteroffer
